Pineapple Hot & Sour Sauce

3/4 cup Pineapple jelly
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Tabasco garlic sauce

Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in refrigerator for up to three days.

Yield: About 1 cup
